A Photograph And Its Story

I captured this picture when i was on board of an airplane, at that moment i was going on vacation with my family to the south, thanks to the fact that i could see the tickets, i chose the window, next to it was my little sister who is terrified of heights hahaha, the view from above fascinated me completely, the clouds looked spongy, it made me want to throw me over like a bed,  the blue sky looked majestic and the sensation of being free but small before the world

I love to travel with friends and family, to know places and people, I like this picture because it symbolizes the freedom to travel, personally it makes me feel full of energy, certainly that when you travel you share unique and unforgettable moments, stories and anecdotes that will be told in the future. this picture also gives me nostalgia because for the pandemic of covid19 you can not travel so freely that before, I hope all this happens quickly, I'm looking forward to my next adventure!

Theme post!, "how do i use watercolors?"

Hello everyone!!!

Today i will tell you how do i use watercolors if you are interested keep reading!

First thing you need to know is that watercolors come in different types of formats, like a pencils, palet or tubes, i used tubes for my ilustration, because it's easier for me to put them on a palette to mix :)

now materials, all you need is water! brushes and paper, (the paper especially for water technique). The watercolors are water soluble so it depend of quality of water you use, you can make a trasparent coat or more vibrand color, this is essential for working with light and shadow!

So first, I place the paper on a flat surface, secure the corners with masking tape, (some papers tend to fold), then, I create a sketch with soft graphite pencil or colored pencils (polychorm), once satisfied, I use a liquid mask, this is used when you want to cover certain parts of the drawing of the painting, you must wait for it to dry completely before painting! to start with you can put a layer of color well diluted to create lights, the watercolors are easier to go from light to shadow, if the paper is wet you can put several color lights, the water will be mixed, you can experience what you want, is part of the fun!, so the illustrations will be with a special aesthetic

Other thing is to for complement my watercolor illustrations even more, i use other types of materials, for example ink markers or pencil, this is to make more definitions in the painting.

Just be creative!!

My Favorite Piece of Technology

 Hello Everyone!

Today i will talk about my favorite piece of technology wich is my Notebook!!

I still remember when I bought it, I worked as a cashier for a long time and I managed to get the money to pay it, I use it for everything, to do my homework, to look for information, it is useful for my classes by zoom and as a music player while I paint, I also read mangas in it and I watch anime/movies, that's why I use it as a lot of frequency, I like it because it is useful and comfortable, also can save a lot information.

It helps me a lot in my day to day, that's why without it I would be a little complicated especially for my university assignments.

My Dreamed Job

Since I was a little girl I have always been interested in the arts, all kinds of arts, I have memories about that, for example when I was very little I liked to sing at family gatherings, for me now it is embarrassing, but what I will always remember is seeing my dad paint, I sat next to him and watched him while he painted, I liked the pencils, colors and shapes.

I also liked acting, I always participated in school events, I also wanted to study theater, but what made me decide my career was an Arts Teacher in my school, she was very compromised with the students and was teaching us many techniques and concepts, from there I was more interested in art.

My experience in college has been both good and bad in some respects. First the student community, I have met wonderful people and learned from them, I have also had good teachers who have taught me very interesting things! But the bad thing is that my university is very precarious and does not have enough resources for the students.

Aaaaaand finally my dream job would be.... to continue working in the Arts, designing and making illustrations that can later be sold.
